Delivery

I post to UK addresses only for now. Ready-made pieces from the shop are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. UK postage and packing is a flat £9.99, shown at checkout before you pay. Local collection around Margate can be arranged — get in touch.

Returns — ready-made pieces

If you buy a ready-made item from the shop, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email [email protected]. You then have 14 days to return the item, and you pay the return postage. I will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, including the standard outbound postage you paid.

Commissions

Commissions are made to your specification, so they count as personalised goods. Under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or made-to-order goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once work has begun, and your 50% deposit reflects that. You will always approve a digital proof before your piece is posted.

Your statutory rights

None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something arrives damaged or faulty, email me and I will put it right.
